A happy little blue bird
With all its heart it sung
Perched high on a branch
While basking in the sun
The happy little blue bird
Brought great joy to everyone
Its early morning recital
Each chirp, as it was sung
Within the leaves the blue bird
It danced, from side to side
I love to sit beneath the tree
Within its shade, I try to hide
Its song is sweet, upon my ear
The tune as heard, it draws me near
The chirping sound, with each note it sings
Like honey nectar, within my heart it rings
The blue bird’s love song, it fills my day
With a flap of its wings, it flies away
