Tests of Devotion

By Tryphena Louise Williams (c)

A chilly it blew, from mountains high
Questions asked, the nagging of why

The seeker's heart, was torn in two
Not knowing the answer, or what to do

Karma was blowing, like a dust storm
Blinding the eyes, leaving the seeker forlorn

Why all these tests, what was one to know
The answer as given, the mind had to go

The karma is released, revealing its past
Time has no meaning, nothing would last

Deep within the heart, the seeker's tears did weep
For a love once known, that it could not keep

The tests of devotion, would love walk away
An answer is given, love is here to stay
