The Ocean ~ Kawhia

By Tryphena Louise Williams (c) 2010

An ocean blue, an ocean wide
Surging waters, foaming tide

Sand dunes high, as seagull fly
A windswept beach, salt smells pass by

A cloudless day, reflecting light
Waters shimmering, with such delight

Waves forever lapping, upon the shore
Mather Nature's beauty, as one saw

Wide open spaces, for all to see
Peace and quiet, down by the sea

An ocean beach, a sandy shore
A wilderness beauty, on one's back door
