Wordes, Wordes, Wordes Me

By Tryphena L Williams (c) 2010

Wordes, wordes, wordes me
I write the words, that sound in me

Pages, pages, there are to be
As endless words, seek to be free

It feels so strange, what’s happening to me
As all these poems, are being set free

I sit at home, here on my own
Within my thoughts, I do roam

With pen in hand, without a plan
I write as I feel, as if on demand

Poetry as it flows, through me
Life’s words a gift, to set free

I do not mind, for it is fun
To share my poems, with everyone

Wordes, wordes, wordes me
I accept my life, as it is to be

Life is a gift, God’s gift to me
To write the words, then let them be

Sailing on the Ocean Blue

By Tryphena L Williams (c) 2010

I sail my boat, on the ocean blue
To distant shores, I never knew

The ocean wind, rocks my boat
It rides the waves, to stay afloat

The boat is tossed, and then it turns
Within each lesson, one has earned

Not knowing which way, was best to go
The boat set sail, within the flow

Life for me, upon the sea
The wind that blew, had no certainty

The ocean is, a part of me
Always my dream, to sail the sea

A never ending, ebb and flow
The currents of life, I've grown to know

I am a sailor, of the comic sea
The winds of change, I let them be

For all that is, will always be
My dreams of life, upon the sea

The Melody of HU is the Sound within You

By Tryphena L Williams (c) 2010

In my heart my dreams come true
I sing a song the sound of HU
The song I sing I always knew
I live my life to be the HU
My heart will sing its song for you
A song of love of life so true
The Light and Sound God's gift to you
God's love for soul the sound of HU

A gift of love so sweetly sung
To hear the sound to know the one
The sound is God's love for you
God's melody is the sound HU

I sing my song within the HU
A voice I hear so loud and true
The Master's love is guiding you
I yearn to hear the voice of HU

MAHANTA's love is a part of you
MAHANTA's love is the hand of HU

I sing my song my love for you
I sing my song within the HU
The gift I sing is there for you
The Master's love is a part of you

The Master's love within the HU
The waves of love caressing you
I love HU I love the HU
All my love within the HU

I give my love my love to you

Out Walking

By Tryphena L Williams (c) 2010

I walk my talk, along the way
I walk around, the block each day
A faster pace, a different way

My body burns, as if on fire
I push its limits, to the wire

Along the way, I'm deep in thought
A wave of love, my heart has caught

My walk each day, a different way
Keeps me grounded, throughout my day

I thank you life, for loving me
Providing me, with all I need

I walk my talk, nearly everyday
With loving gratitude, I am here to stay

I am feeling better, what more to say
With loving gratitude, I'm on my way

The Master's Love

By Tryphena L Williams (c) 2010

The Master's voice, it spoke to me
Close your eyes, block your ears
Open your heart, and look for me

Within the sound, you will hear
Watch for the light, it will appear

At first no light, could be found
There was no light, there was no sound

Deeper, deeper, one did go
An inner light, started to glow

The Master's face, in front of me
A sound so pure, it had to be

The Master's love, revealed to me
Within the eyes, of loving Wah Z

Tears of love, I could not hold
The Master's love, beyond the fold

What greater love, could there be
To find the Master, inside of thee

Walking, talking, side by side
The Master's love, I could not hide

How do you know, where one has been
The inner the worlds, that one has seen

Look into one’s eyes, you to will see
The love of GOD, I have for Wah Z

I cannot hide, how I feel
Ones love for GOD, is so surreal

How can we know, if love is real
Just ask your heart, how it feels

On the Road

By Tryphena L Williams (c) 2010

One's on the road, to who knows where

A loving heart, lives not in fear

The road ahead, may make us wary
Sometimes life feels, all hairy fairy

In one's heart, we know the way
We live our lives, from day to day

A loving heart knows, what is true
When problems appear, we sing the HU

The road is long, and very narrow
One's love of ECK, forms a golden arrow

The wind of change, may spin us round
Until a new direction, is what is found

Our journey through life, from A to Z
Is full of challenges, of what may be

It’s not to worry, nor to fear
Even though at times, we may shed a tear

For life you see, is so good to me
To live one's truth, as it needs to be

The Birdies

By Tryphena Louise Williams (c) 2010

I watched a bird, up in a tree
So high above, it was hard to see

It chirped away, its song it knew
Then flapped its wings, and away it flew

I watched it fly, from here to there
Like it was chasing, bugs in the air

Then into the tree, the bird it flew
And there it sat, for a moment or two

I sat and watched, what happened next
When in flew its mate, to inspect

There they sat, as if they knew
This was their tree, then away they flew

As I watched them, fly away
I knew they’d be back, later that day

Mother Nature, knows what's best
I watched the birdies, build their nest

Life is such, a wonder to see
Like watching birdies, in a tree

Teddy and I

By Tryphena Louise Williams (c) 2010

Teddy bear and I, sat under a tree
Sipping on cups, of dandelion tea

Teddy was tubby, but happy to be
As he leaned, up against a tree

Teddy and I, chattered away
Life for us, all fun and play

Teddy bear, was brown and fluffy
Holding him tight, he was so snugly

With big brown eyes, he looked at me
I’d smiled back, so lovingly

I knew my teddy, he loved me
A greater love, there could not be

My teddy and I, are best of friends
A teddy loves, will never end

I love you, you silly ole bear
You know that, I will always care

Callum and Jack

By Tryphena Louise Williams (c) 2010

Callum and Jack, they make me smile
I walk them home, every once in a while

We walk from school to home, each day
Taking our time, along the way

The boys are so good, to me
Using their manners, constantly

I make the boys, their afternoon tea
Callum and Jack, are always hungry

With this done, it's time for fun
Outside we go, to play and run

The boys they mean, so much to me
Nicer boys, there could not be

Across the Ocean Blue

By Tryphena Louise Williams (c) 2010

Wisdom of the ages, set out across the sea

The tugging ocean waves, testing how life would be

The little boat of wonder, its choice to sail down under

Within the merging currents, of the ocean and the sea

Life maybe a challenge, in the wonder land of  Zee

Wisdom of the ages reached, the distance shore

A little one of wonder, opened up her door

Wisdom of the ages, not knowing what to do

Turned to little wonder, to whisper I love you

I sailed my boat, across the ocean

To touch your heart, its love and devotion

A Secret Love

By Tryphena Louise Williams (c) 2010

I wish I knew, how to be me
To show my heart, how to be free

Reaching out, I cry from deep inside
But yet again, back I run and hide

What could it be, what's happening to me
Show me life, please let me see

Feelings run wild, each and every way
My thoughts are in, such disarray

Why are my feelings, so hard to show
When all I need to say is, I love you so

Happy Valentines 2010

By Tryphena Louise Williams (c) 2010
The flame of my heart, burns brightly in me
Thinking about life, and all it could be
Love in the morning, with the first light
Loving at night, with stars shinning bright
What more could there be, with you by my side
The fun and the laughter, one could not hide

The secret the answer, lies hidden within
Time is the tester, will the heart win
Loves tender emotions, brings love to one's side
Ocean waves of love, creating the tide
Not knowing nor telling, how one really feels
The secret of love, is seldom revealed

Love is the answer, love is the key
I am sitting here wondering
If my love, will ever find me

Happy Valentines

Port Waikato an Ocean Wild

By Tryphena Louise Williams (c) 2010

The crashing waves, the roaring sea
Swirling currents, racing to be free

I feel the ocean waves, surging through me
An awesome sight, of  raw energy

The ocean waves, they rise and fall
Mother Nature, it's her urging call

The sand is black, wet and sticky
A sea breeze blows, all damp and icky

People surfing, in the waves
Life guards ready, with lives to save

Sea gulls soaring, air currents above
The sound a reminder, of God’s love

Life it tumbles, upon the shore
Stirring emotions, like never before

Wild ocean waves, wash over me
Loving devotion to life, is the key

I thank you life, for showing me
The Port Waikato, scenery

Tear Drops from God’s Heart

By Tryphena Louise Williams (c) 2010

Tear drops stream from God’s heart, giving life to what is unknown
Loving tear drops tumble so sweetly, into the worlds so far below

Tears like rain drops are falling, splashing ever so softly upon the ground
Mud puddles are forming, encouraging all life to abound

Valleys and mountains, all start to take form
The sound bringing with it, life’s very first storm

Lightening strikes, create the first dawn
A sun was created, to keep us all warm

A moon soon followed, to lighten our night
And so it was created, both a day and night

The river of tears, that flowed from God's heart
Soften the parched soil, to give life a start

Then all springs to life, just beyond the hedge row
Where fields of dreams, so richly will grow

Such is the wonder, and joy to be found
That grows in pastures, where wild flowers surround

Music is heard, in the humming of the birds and the bees
The trees are rustling, with each gentle breeze

Life was created, for all to enjoy
Living and giving to life, brings me such joy

It's A ~ Rhyme without Reason

By Tryphena Louise Williams (c) 2010

There was an old dog
That sat on a log
He opened his mouth
And barked like a frog

A man came along
He sang a strange song
As he stumbled and rumbled
And bumbled along

A bird in a tree
Squawked, Hey look at me
It opened its beck
and out flew a bee

The pond was all smelly
And thick like green jelly
A fish in the pond said
I have a sore belly

The goat on the hill
Whose name was Old Bill
Spent all his time
Eating his fill

The Ancient Gnarly Tree

By Tryphena Louise Williams (c) 2010

An old gnarly tree, of ancient wisdom stood
The wisdom of ages, carved in its wood

The tree was a symbol, of life
Each gnarly knot, a sign of strife

And yet the tree, stood its ground
For the tree of life, was wisdom found

Its leaves at times, were all that mattered
With the wind of change, its leaves did scatter

The tree it knew, what was best to do
So let its leaves drop, to grow all new

For many seasons, have come to past
The tree of wisdom, will out last

One was to seek, within the tree to see
The wisdom of, the ancient gnarly tree

Rex Came to Stay with Me

By Tryphena Louise Williams (c) 2010

Rex came, to stay with me
A massive dog, he may be

His nature is, gentle and kind
A more loving dog, would be hard to find

Rex is, so big you see
He could easily, overpower me

But loving commands, strongly said
Rex knows who's boss, when he's lead

He is big and bold, and such fun
As he romps and plays, in the sun

His favorite toy, is a squeaky one
The games we play, like fetch and run

I am so glad, he came to stay
Caring for him, filled up my day

I look outside, to see him there
Lying in the sun, without a care

I call to him, Rex come
His face lights up, as he starts to run

Rex loves me, I can tell
His wagging tail, shows all is well

A Loving Heart

By Tryphena Louise Williams (c) 2010

There is no song, a heart cannot sing
As love expressed, is such a tender thing

Reaching out, across the ocean
Sending waves, of total devotion

Love is a gift, like no other
An exchange of love, with one's lover

How may, I love you
It is so, hard to know

Within my heart, these feelings grow
Time makes it harder, not to show

What is it that love, may do
When giving love, to one such as you

All time collapsing, in on you
Love's a driving force, what am I do

Loving waves of wonder, and joy
Love is not a game nor a mind toy

True love to me, beyond all fear
There are no problems, over here

I close my eyes, so I may see
The image of you, standing by me

Your smiling eyes, I do see
Is there love in your heart, for me

The one's that lives, across the sea
In a land, I nicknamed the Land of Zee

Thank You Life For Loving Me

Tryphena Louise Williams (c) 2010

Thank you life, for teaching me
Thank you life, for setting me free

For now it seems, it's my time to be
To feel the peace and harmony

I now know, what I need to do
It's up to me, to follow through

This is my life, I’m living my choice
My heart it sung, love is its voice

To leave the room, no questions why
With wings of love, each learns to fly

Dreams are for real, not all choose to see
So I set my sails, and head out to sea

I thank you life, for loving me
I'll walk my talk, in the Land of Zee

Wisdom of the Ages

Tryphena Louise Williams (c) 2010

Wisdom of the ages told
For one to know, one must be bold

Many come, but may not see
So life’s secret, remains a mystery

For only the keepers, may impart
What lies within, the golden heart

Whatever, the inner garden grows
Only a loving heart, may know

Many seek, but may never see
The loving heart's, true identity

To realize the wisdom, of all time
It is to read, between each line

My worlds, my dreams
My reality, is just for me

Soul's home, the ocean
Of Love and Mercy

Not all that come, find their way
Some will return, another day

Wisdom is not, an open book
Some will seek, to take look

The loving heart, knows the word
The Light and Sound, ITs Living Word

Release

Tryphena Louise Williams (c) 2010

Hidden Chambers, of one's heart
Explode with passion, from a spark

All dreams of love, a heart may win
A simple gift, to let love in

The past is past, so let it be
Embrace all change, true love is free

The test of pain, one's suffering
Relearning helps, the heart to sing

The song one sings, beyond all word
True love a sound, seldom heard

Love for me and love for you
A touch so real, it feels all new

What can one say, to another
When loving life, and each other

Loving Change ~ Life Rearranged

By Tryphena Louise Williams (c) 2010

I close my eyes, for the heart to be
There is no greater love, nor could there  be

For love is real, beyond all word
Love is felt, before it's heard

Once heard, all love will flow
Into the living word, as we know

I fell in love, with life you see
My love of life, flows through me

Into the words, of my creation
Such love, creating the manifestation

Love it burns, with such desire
That all fear is burnt, within the fire

I stand before you, no longing the same
From the ashes, resurrection came

No more sadness, no more pain
Just loving life, as it rearranges

All that needs to be, is as it is, to me
This is my life, my inner reality

Creating feelings, of such joy
Life is love, not a mind toy

I am now, forever free
As I create my own life
Within all eternity

Each choice I make may break the mold
Doing so one, must be very bold

The Illusion of Change

By Tryphena Louise Williams (c) 2010

Not knowing, all the boundaries
One may slip, across the line

All the tugging. and pulling
Not seeing, the outer signs

Some are too busy, playing
Others can't be bothered, to see

Any hurt or harm, as done
They're just, not aware
Of what is, out there

What is the answer
We all need to know

When life gets
Out of balance
Blocking the flow

Pause if you will
If you want to see

Some people's lives
Are such a misery

Love is the answer
Within what is to be

The mirror is our keeper
It only we could see

Life a mere reflection
Of our inner reality

The truth for some
A harsh reminder
Of all harm done

I do not fear the image
For I know my heart is true

I looked behind the mirror
I found the heart of HU

Life is Changing

By Tryphena Louise Williams (c) 2010

Life is changing, always rearranging

The places, I have seen
From rivers, to mountains
Oceans and streams

I have been seeking
For lifetimes, it seems

The landscape, keeps changing
Like never before

Where once was, mighty oceans
Now land, the ocean floor

Land masses, keep moving
Oceans rise, then they fall

Life keeps on, rearranging
Like never before

The seasons, have altered
But mankind has, not halted

How he treats, Mother Nature
And all mankind, has altered

The balance, of time
Life written in rhyme

The time keeper, the speaker
The voice of Father Time

Life's wisdom, is written
Within the code, number three

Wisdom the answer
To all that, is to be

Look to, each other
Know who, you are

Love one, and another
For love, takes you far

Do all you, can
Knowing, life loves you so

Giving is, the answer,
To life's, abundant flow

Accepting, all life
As it, needs to be

As life is, unfolding
For everyone, one to see

What was, once kept hidden
Life has, now set free

Life is challenge, this I do know
Surrender the answer
To dwell in the flow

True Friendship:

By Tryphena Louise Williams (c) 2010

Friends are like diamonds some precious and rare
True friendships take time as we nurture and care
A friend is a person that stands by your side
Only too happy to support and to guide

I give thanks for those who have helped me to grow
I need not say because true friends always know

Thank you for being my friend

Driftwood in the Tides of Change

By Tryphena Louise Williams (c) 2010

*A letter from the ocean written to the sea*

True friends remain, a part of you
Like driftwood, in the ocean blue

There is no distance, to what may be
With all expressed, it's very plain to see

True friendship, is like a treasure
That dwells within, our hearts forever

What the ocean, gave to me
Forever is, and always will be

Like drift wood, on an ocean
Each rides, the tides of change

To rise and fall, a tidal wave
A natural current, it’s not a phase

There is no measure, to what a friend will do
In times of trouble, they'll stand with you

No matter the distance, no problem too big
A friend of heart, is always willing to give

Life You Are to Me

By Tryphena L Williams (c) 2010

The trees are blowing
There's a warm, gentle breeze

The birds are singing
From the branches
Of the trees

Bees are abuzzing
As they fly around
Collecting pollen from
Flowers they have found

I look at the sky
So high above

With thoughts of life
And all that I love

The sun is shining
Down on me
With ray's sunshine
That set me free

The clouds above
Float on by
I stop to ponder
With a sigh

What is the answer
I need to know
How is it God
That life does grow

From where I sit
Upon the ground
I feel puzzled
By what I've found

So much of life
I've yet to see
I feel its pulse
Surrounding me

I am not lost
For I can see
All life's wonders
Are a reality

I say to life
You are to me
All that is
Throughout eternity

God bless you
God bless me
God bless life
God bless Wah Z

Clarks Beach

By Tryphena Louise Williams (c) 2010

Here I sit, with pen in hand
Ready to write, about New Zealand

What can I say?
It all looks, so good to me
Sitting here, looking out to sea

In this moment, of idle wonder
Thoughts cross, my mind
Will I always live, down under

Sea gulls calling, out for more
As they fly, high above the shore

The sun is burning, down on me
I seek some shelter, under a tree

The beach is covered, with broken shells
Smashed to pieces, in the ocean swirls

Rock pools teaming, full of life
Tiny creatures, hiding from the light

People walking, the beach go by
I lift my head, to say my Hi

Well that's about, all I have to say
Now it's time, to put my pen away

I hope your day, was as nice as mine
Filled with life, of a loving kind

I say good bye, and close my book
I’m so glad I came, to take a look

Saying Good Bye

By Tryphena Louise Williams (c) 2010

Open your heart to spread
Your golden wings, of love

Flying the currents of life
Within all sounds, as life it sings

Love is the Master
One's mind, the slave

The emotions creating
Storms, in the waves

The body is bothered
By the ravages, of life

As it struggles to stay here
It puts up, such a fight

But time, is upon it
As night ever, draws near

The body, is struggling
Against the tide, of aging years

When time, is upon us
All must, come too bear

As the body, expires
With its last, breath of air

Yet knowing, and greeting
Lies just beyond, the door

As Soul leaves, one body
To pick up, one more

Good byes, can be so sad
But that's how, it must be

When the body is empty
SOUL, is set free

I hugged her, and loved her
My wee black cat, Sam

The mystery of life
God's mighty plan

It's good bye, my wee one
With your karma, now done

I'll see you soon, on the other side

Time Is a Healer

By Tryphena Louise Williams (c) 2010

They say time, is a healer
But I'm not, so sure

I still have, these feelings
Just as strong, as before

I'm trying to forget
So there's never, regret

My emotions, keep flowing
As I struggle, within the knowing

The heart is suffering
As it longs to sing

Silence a keeper
Karma its sweeper

No words, can come near
What a broken heart, has to bear

What is the answer, I wish I did know
There appears to be, no solution
Leaving me, with nowhere to go

Left without a willingness, to grow
I accept all life, love's play the know

I am still left, to wonder
If you have, feelings for me

You are ever so loving
I just want to be .....
( Is there any room left in your heart, for me?)

Waking from My Night of Slumber

By Tryphena Louise Williams (c) 2010

Here I sit, in my home
With feelings of being, so alone

Living on the edge, of time
Sometimes I feel, I'm a little blind

So much wonder, yet to see
Out my window, looking back at me

I pause within, a moment or two
Leaving me wondering, what I'm suppose do

Life can feel, as if it's not real
The strange emotions, that one may feel

I chose my life, my destiny
But sometimes, I do wonder
What will happen, to me

I best let go, so I may see
All that life, has in store for me

It's to step aside, so I am free
To live my life, as it needs to be

Born to Be Free

By Tryphena Louise Williams (c) 2010

Such peace like never before
Total surrender pain is no more

The ocean waves wash over me
Cleansing my heart setting me free

Each new day to do as I please
Life now feels like a gentle breeze

The pressures and stresses all washed away
I'm ready to live my life in a new way

Moments I fill with love in my heart
Knowing full well I'm doing my part

My pen is the answer to what I must do
I need to stay focused in tune with the HU

My life is unfolding as my dreams come true
I'm learning my lessons while singing the HU

A book I am writing I have a story to tell
My dream is the book so I know it will sell

I'm living with love in all that I do
For love is the answer I know this is true

Love opens my heart to all that I see
Love is the answer and love is the key

Life Is a Gift

By Tryphena Louise Williams (c) 2010

Life is a gift, here and ever after
Our love of life, its joyful laughter

Moment by moment, life will expand
Sharing its message, God's mighty plan

Friends by your side, walking with you
Sharing with each other, a secret or two

Our children are a blessing, this is so true
When they come back home, asking
Mum, "What should I do?"

I smile for a moment, with a song in my heart
Knowing what life is, it’s walking my path

Life's an adventure, encouraging us to grow
As we pause for a moment, to live in the know

Life is filled, with such awesome wonder
The key to life, is buried down under

A giving heart, love opens our doors
Flooding our lives, like never before
