Four Season's Past

By Tryphena Louise Williams (c) 2011

Golden leaves, of autumn worn
Scattered carpet, all moisture drawn

Lifetimes tested, seasons past
Mother Nature’s, fury left its mark

Winter storms, brought thunder and rain
Cleansing, releasing, stored up pain

Spring arrived, with its loving light
Flowers blooming, with wonder and delight

Summer’s heart, was warm and exciting
Sunshine and joy, its call inviting

The gift of loving, one's golden heart
Soul's Light and Sound, love its spark
