Sometimes I may wonder what's left to say
What can be said that will brighten your day
Time is ticking away like a clock in the hall
The calling of Soul may not be heard by all
I sit here at times pondering what's best do
How many ways are there to say I love you
Our love and compassion we're giving to life
While some still suffer their karma of strife
If love was a garden I'd pick a flower for you
I'd even sing you a song if you wanted me to
What I'm saying to express in this wee note
Well if love was an ocean I'd give you my boat
