A Restless Night

My body is restless, in the night time heat

It’s such a struggle, to get to sleep

Here I lie wondering, what I should do
Then decided to write, a poem or two

With this done, up I get
To post my poems, on to the net

Then back to bed, I do go

I dream of sleeping, within the flow

Listening to, the HU CD
I shut my eyes, and chant Wah Z

It's still a struggle, to let go

Then at last I slip,  into the flow

My inner worlds, I love to be

With adventures there, awaiting me
