By Tryphena Louise Williams (c) 2011
I cannot rest, my eyes tonight
My endless thoughts, they hold me tight
The night air, is hot and ever so sticky
Leaving one’s body, feeling a tad bit yicky
I try my best, to let go
As my body struggles, against the flow
My heart is yearning, to be free
My body's refusing, to surrender me
I know what it is, that I must do
So I closed my eyes, and sung the HU
The sound I hear, is much clearer now
As the voice of love, flows all around
The body an inner peace, it’s found
Thank you God, now I'm homeward bound
My inner worlds, mean so much to me
A place of love, I yearn to be
Thank you life, for loving me
My spiritual exercise, has set me free
