Memory Lane

Copyright 2011 Tryphena Louise Williams

A gentle garden walk down memory lane
The heart it stirs, bringing back the pain

Pages appear like an old worn out book
With tears you haven't the heart to look

Something's are best left written in the sand
The Ocean of Love and Mercy has other plans

There's an inner garden beyond the hedge row
Where the true seekers of love yearn to know

There are no strangers to the pains of living life
Our love heals the heart so we can enter the light

So as each walks down memory lane today
Remember the love then walk the other way

The Master said, I will meet you over here
Love knew in its heart the Master did care
