Crossing rivers, touching stones
Past lives, both once owned
Crossing rivers, wide and strong
Ever seeking, both journeyed on
Time goes past, the winds of change
Lessons learnt, both felt the pain
Ever seekers, both moved on
Rivers wide, and rivers strong
Stepping stones, beneath their feet
Each stone of karma, both must complete
Lessons learnt, so long ago
A choice now given, within love's flow
An understanding. love its call
A roaring wind, beyond the wall
The river swirled, around their feet
Time a passage, for love to keep
Acceptance thereof, as both they knew
Within their hearts, God's love it grew
