A Vow of Love

I am dreaming of all we have had of late

How our love keeps overflowing my plate

The love I feel in my heart it wants to play

So with pen in hand my heart it begs to say

Do you want to have my sweetness of love

Together we’ll soar through the stars above

Our love is like a dance with nothing to say

It’s the songs of our loving filling each day

I dream of our love and the places we’ll see

The touch of your body has its way with me

Are you a man truly will you hold my hand

Will you promise to be a sweet loving man

Marriage is a bond its ring born of our truth

May our love be a blessing under God's roof

With this ring of love I give to you my heart

May the fire of love forever within us spark

Love of is a promise we were born to keep

A marriage of two hearts is a love complete

Love

Love is a light shining from the eyes of soul

Love is seeing what has a need for life to be

Love feels in tune with the expansion of life

Love is unconditional, detached from need 

Love  never  judges the cause of any effect

Love is the way shower a feeling within us

Love is just, love is all to those who love it

A Dialogue of Heart

The highlight of my life has been the rediscovery of love

The I of self, be whatever it may be, exists because of it

I am no longer afraid of what dwells in the loving heart

I accept the reality of my short comings, I know I'm free

Perfection was never my quest; I had a yearning to grow

All the shadows of my past pain held my heart to random

I tried for so long to hide my past in many different ways

Yet the shadows of my darkness still clung to my dreams

Time would hide the memories only for them to reappear

So I set the pace of my footsteps to find the way of love

Now I smile at the darkness and say I forgive your harm

With loving forgiveness I banished the darkness within

The beauty of our being is interwoven in a cloak of love

An unconditional acceptance of love changes our hearts

The Inner Child of Tryphena Louise

I left the nightmare behind me, as I set out to find what I had lost

Time had stolen my childhood and forced me to grow up too soon

The time keeper laughed, you can never lose sight of your shadow

I didn’t believe the time keeper; his hands looked worn with worry

I knew with all heart I could find what I had lost many moons ago 

Deep in thought I wondered what it would feel like, to find myself

I wondered with my imagination, what the real me would look like

I started to dream like I had never dreamt before, my worlds spun

Time was collapsing, I was seeing into my past, present and future

At first I could not see into the swirling vortex of light and sound

Then I remembered what I had been taught, focus on one point

My thoughts acted like a compass needle, pointing the way to go

The background faded as the foreground filled with my childhood

The eye of soul captured the heart and attention of the inner child

Life danced around me, I was so happy having found the real me

The Narrow Way

No path is greater than the one of your own walk

Our forethought sets the pace of each step taken

One must be their own person in word and deed

The journey is of our own making, it is our way

Truth is the Living Word; it is our bond to serve

Those that know will listen to the creed of GOD

Love will nourish the hearts of those with hunger

The fools of mind play games in the field of lack

Life gives freely of its bounty to those who know

A wise soul knows the ways of the golden heart

No path is greater than the one beneath your feet

Tread wisely and harm no other to journeys end

Serve life with humility and unconditional love

May love grant and bless us for the good of all

The path of my heart lead me to you
You are the light in my worlds
The light and love of my life

The Master

He was a strong mindful fellow of not many words

The glint in his eyes was one of knowing the truth

This handsome fellow had a heart and soul of gold

His presence of being was profound beyond words

The heart felt overwhelmed within the love flowing

His hands were strong and showed the ways of life

His face was creased with lines of his wisdom spent

Aged in his years and yet so youthful in bodily form

His piecing stare burnt a pathway through the heart

How could one bear not being with this mighty soul

His light seemed to dance with a melody of sounds

It was blissful with surging feelings of nothingness

The return of soul was painful with a desire for love

Time collapsed and the vision faded into the sunset

There again appeared the Master of the loving light

The journey of endless nights of ever seeking to be

Yield to the love give no mind to any other thought

May the Blessings Be

 

Dear Diary

Feelings beckoned and tugged within the heart
Was there no ending to the journey before me
I am restless and yet I am not sure why this is
Days come and go by with little change in sight
Am I waiting for what may never exist out here
The nudge is just to let go and trust in the love
To dwell in a place where love takes care of all

A Walk of Life

With feet of clay I walk the barren land
Each step, an impression of the journey
Time holds the passing thoughts firmly
I walk like a stranger in a foreign land
Life is swirling and tugging at my cloak

 The elements of life beating against me
A haunting wind, its sound has an echo
My body feels the pressure of my pace 
I bend my head and pull my cloak close
Still I walk, each step a measure of love

 I am a stranger without bearing I walk
My cloak is woven with threads of love
The sounds I hear are within all I feel
It is the light of love I see within it all

Who I Am

You cannot stop what has become of you
The mere thought of it, may destroy you
I have no answer worthy of any knowing
All I have is shared in the love of its truth
Nothing is before me and nothing behind

A Summer’s Day

My summer’s day boy what a sight

Something’s I see just feel so right

The trees dancing in a gentle breeze

Butterflies chasing flowers to please

Life felt so loving just like it should

I wouldn’t change a thing if I could

Inside my heart there’s a loving flow

Deep in my thoughts I seek to know

How did my life come to be the way?

I felt so grateful for all I’d seen today

Moritz is playing he makes me smile

I think I will stay here for a wee while

With no place to go and nothing to do

I thought I’d write this poem for you

Dawning

The stillness of my morning rise is poetic

Little of any human nature can be heard

An airy dampness feels like a sticky mask

Each breath creates a steamy foggy mist

I enjoy the stillness of my morning stroll

Not one bird is chipping I wondered why

Walking at my own pace deep in thought

Each thought is an echo of a silent choice

An increasing in pace I am heading home

With time on my side there's plenty to do

Humour Me

It has been said at least you tried

Your humour some couldn't abide

Without humour it's not much fun

Sourpusses make you want to run

Having some laughs feels so good

At times we can be misunderstood

Some jokes bring tears to the eyes

Serious people just heave and sigh

Without humour I'd rather be dead

And really what more could be said

Sailing Away With You

Love is the wind in my sails

The yielding to the currents

Love is a swirling oceans fill

Riding each wave ever high

I am sailing away with you

The salty taste of the ocean

Love is a passion its desire

A poets heart yearning to be

Two lovers sailing the ocean

Free to feel the rush of wind

Our rapid pace of sailing high

The sun beating with its heat

Seagulls flying so high above

An ocean of love I call home

The Allure of Love

Love is like the best dream ever
The warmth of a lovers embrace
Their alluring softness of voice
A loving touch an innocent blush
Love sparkles like a diamond sky
The heart is beating like a drum
A loving embrace the tender kiss
Like stolen moments just for two
I can feel the love in my dreams
My love I am so in love with you
Arm in arm walking along a beach
Our laughter the things we share
My heart feels happy and playful
In my dreams I'm always with you

With Tongue in Cheek

Heck no, I'm not lazy nor am I crazy

OK sometimes my thoughts are hazy

I'd rather be happy than pack a sad

It's true some people drive you mad

No fun or laughter that's not for me

I'd rather have some afternoon tea

Some like the game called tit for tat

Well really nothing’s wrong with that

We have our laughs and joke around

While other's stand their holy ground

Boring really that's just not my style

As you may see by my cheeky smile

It's all good fun there's nothing more

If you're grumpy please shut the door
