A Poet's Ambling Life

Copyright © 2012 Tryphena Louise Williams

The dancing flowers of an ever loving heart
A meadows full blush a duck pond in a park
Honey bees buzzing in a summery breeze
Birds are chirping as loud as they please

A golden sun its warmth is filling the day
Happy children are loudly chattering away
The sundials timing a bronze like shadow
Trees sweeping in the whispering hallows

The pen I hold is poised for words to flow
Life it seems is begging my page to show
The beauty of life in the smallest of things
It's all the little wonders that nature brings

A poet's life is filled with random thoughts
The visions as seen not all may be caught
Some days the flow is all too much for me
It's like I'm a part of a musical symphony
