You will need the following:
3 golden cups of pure Love
A lge rounded tsp of Humility
3 oz of well rested Detachment
1 1/2 level tbsps of Compassion
1/2 a heaped cup of Discrimination
Blend the above ingredients with the ingredients below:
6 ozs of melted Forgiveness
1/4 cup of finely grated Tolerance
3/4 cup of freshly squeezed Contentment
Sift all the dry past life karma ingredients until you have a silky fine texture.
Then slowly fold the Light and Sound ingredients through the sifted mixture.
Pour the smooth mixture into a 9 inch lined baking tin ensuring the mixture is evenly spread.
Bake at soul plane temperature e.g. 360 degs for as long as it takes for the love of life to rise to the surface...
Hint: You will know the cake is baked when you insert a testing needle into the cake and it comes out clean of any sticky karma.
Lastly dust the Divine Love Cake with a sprinkling of white star dust, you can then add any other decorations of your choice
Then with love share your cake with your loved one's
(I chose to add a cluster flowers from the garden of my heart)
