Stars and Moonbeams

By Tryphena Louise Williams (c) 2010

Walking in the moon light, one's yearning to be

A night of silent whispers, for love to see

Ghostly clouds, drifted on past
Like shadows casting, life's hidden mask

A wind is blowing, trees bend in dance
Attention captured, love's first glance

Moonlit moments, as distance fades
Within the moonlight, love it played

Endless nights, love couldn’t sleep
Within the night, its secrets keep

A night of wonder, one’s love to share
Love revealed, beyond all fear

Sleep not, for the night is young
Love called out, with its voice it sung

Within the night love, shared with you
One's heart of love, our love so true

Moonlit dances, upon the faces worn
Love's heart it flowed, from dusk till dawn
