The crossing looked narrow and forbidding
Each step felt fraught with fear and danger
Fear kept a hold on the seekers feet of clay
What will it be, love of the unknown or fear
Life was again testing the heart of true love
Love must pass through the rite of passage
Few know the true measure of the sacrifice
The way of love so often is cast to one side
What is a measure of love if not one of love
All will come to the narrow way and tremble
The eyes of Soul know all that is within you
