A loving soul has come into my life
And I have to admit it sure feels nice
He is soft and cuddly and purrs a lot
I wonder can you guess what I've got
He is a tiny, playful ball of endless fun
I'm his new loving and caring mum
His name we chose and it is Moritz
For my love and I its a name that fits
Each night he sits purring on my knee
We are both as happy as we can be
Thank you life for bringing Moritz to me
