Tossing and turning the fire is burning
Random thoughts a pathway churning
An ocean filled with promises yet to be
The mindless illusions taunt relentlessly
Crumbling walls of protection sought
The webs of karma some get caught
Time is a struggle through the night
Lost and alone fear hides the light
A troubled mind tries to take control
Anger footsteps will increase the toll
The time has come to turn life around
