By Tryphena Louise Williams (c) 2010
On a cold winter's night, here all alone
Within the silence, one's thoughts did roam
What is this life, as given to thee
What is its purpose, one sought to see
Much is given, along the way
The question asked, is one to say
What are the answers, to all as shown
Is one to accept, as if to own
Is life really, a random walk
What is it, with all this talk?
Some they question, why or when
The answers given, can one depend?
Is life a random walk, back home?
What's the point, to all as shown?
If God is love, then show the way
Teach me God, so one won't stray
All as given, from within its flow
Is one to share, so others may know?
Please be the love, within my heart
To guide my day, from morning to dark
Willing to listen, willing to share
Giving one's love, beyond the fear
Some may judge, saying this or that
Truth shared with love, is where love's at
